VitalCare was founded in 2004 by a small group of physicians who shared a simple but powerful belief: every Nigerian deserves world-class healthcare, regardless of their background or income level.
What started as a 20-bed clinic in Surulere, Lagos, has grown into a network of three full-service hospitals across Lagos and Abuja โ serving over 12,000 patients annually with more than 48 specialist consultants.
We've pioneered minimally invasive robotic surgery in Nigeria, established Lagos's first dedicated private Stroke Unit, and launched free annual screening camps that have reached over 50,000 underserved Nigerians since 2010.
Today, VitalCare is JCI accredited, ISO 9001 certified, and consistently ranked among the top private hospital groups in West Africa.
